No the 22km and 10km are trail races licenced through the Trail Runners Association. The Sewerby Sprint 5km is a road race on a traffic free path up to Sewerby Hall and back. It's on a certified, accurately measured route and is licenced under UKA rules
Yes. The ground floor of the leisure centre has both a male and female changing room with showers. Lockers are available to use but you must have your own padlock with you to secure the locker. If you wish to use other facilities in the leisure centre then you will need to book these on line
Yes there are a limited number of toilets available in the leisure centre. However there are public toilets jst 50 metres away from the sea front entrance and also toilets within 50 metres of the start line
This year you will need to collect your number at the race HQ, East Riding Leisure Centre, on Saturday 4th October between 3 & 5 pm in the Sewerby Room or on race day, in the same location, between 8 - 9.15 am
There is pay and display parking available in the front of the leisure centre and also just across from the leisure centre. You will also find pay and display parking on North Marine Drive which is approx 800 metres from the leisure centre
